Where do I file a complaint or make a suggestion?

Your feedback on our station is essential in making SimKast Radio 3.0 what it is. We are a station that is shaped by our listeners. We value your opinion and want to hear what you think. Now keep in mind that our DJs have one policy regarding music content. We play 2 types of music in the following order and priority. 1. Whatever is requested or dedicated. 2. Whatever the DJs want to play. Our DJs play what they want to hear ONLY after they play all requested songs that they have. If you have a complaint regarding songs being played on the air, just remember that we are playing what other listeners are requesting. If you would still like to send in a complaint or suggestion, please email them to the station's Management.

How do I make a request?

The best way to send in a request or dedication is by contacting the DJ who is currently on air. Most of the time they will tell you how to get a hold of them. We use Yahoo Messenger as our preferred program to communicate. DJs will give their Yahoo ID out to take requests. Some of our DJs will also accept requests through their personal SimKast Radio 3.0 email (listed by their name on the "DJ Bio's" page) or Second Life. They will tell you their Second Life name, email address, or other best way of contacting them to make a request. You will also see the current DJ with a link to them in Yahoo, the current song playing, and a link to their playlist on the top section of our website.

How can I request an on-location broadcast?

Live on-location broadcasts are probably the best way to have a great time with the DJs of SimKast Radio 3.0. Our DJs will come to your area and broadcast live there during some or all of their shift if they have an account set up for that game. Most of our DJs will announce what games they play and who they are in that game. If you know of a certain DJ who broadcasts in your game and know when they will be on the air, you can send that DJ an email (listed beside their name on the "DJ Bio's" page). It's alway best for you to contact the DJ directly and work out the time/date for your on-location broadcast. The more information you offer the easier it is to book the on-location broadcast. If the DJ is not on air at the time of your event, then it will be next to impossible to have that DJ there, so you should give at LEAST 7 days notice. We can not guarantee all on-location broadcast bookings. Please confirm all information directly with the DJ you wish to book for your event.
